Japanese Hot Spring

The first thing my Japanese collague told me when hearing that I was going to Japan for Easter was that I have to visit Japanese onsen - "hot springs". I have googled for soooo many hot springs and finally found one that looks PERFECT!!!!! It is about four hours away from Tokyo and tucked in a little small village. I can't wait to go there.
I am going to book this suite with private garden and private onsen (hot spring bath) - soooo romantic setting!!!
