Today when I was grocery shopping I stood behind an old man in the line, he looked so sad. I started to wonder if he felt lonely. Then I thought about myself, how lucky I am.
And then I started to wonder about faith; there are some people who are really happy/lucky/successful in the start of their life and then fail miserably. There are also these people who are just miserable start of their life and are suddenly brought up from the dark pool (I am a great example of this).
Since life requires balance, you won't be experiencing happiness all the time. However, I think of those people who started so lucky but then failed. They must be in the worst situation... :-(
So sad to see. I had a former colleague who was part of an organisation that brought home random old people (70,80+) for cake and coffee. I think it sounds like a great idea where many interesting topics can be exchanged.
Or you can just be Olivia Palermo, just lucky and happy (and superpretty) 100% all the time.
