Powerplate

The best machine ever, while I'm sitting and lifting weights, my body (the behind part especially) is vibrating at the same time when sitting on the Powerplate.
The Powerplate uses the same tehnique as treatments to reduce cellulities. Usually I'm just lying on this machine....when your body starts to itch you know something is happening :-)

Clint Eastwood and Claudia Schiffer are fans :-)
