Japanese SPA
In the elevator after a nice shower
The pool is famous for its view, the pool is on the 47th floor
Gym next to the pool. I'm standing on the Aerobic room with Body Sonic flooring system (whatever that is....!?!?!?)
This is what I call relaxing.........
The coolest thing I tried at the SPA area at our hotel was the shower room (360 degrees shower room) with a total of 9 sources of shower nozzles. So cool, talk about stimulating your body with water massage when you have water coming your way from all directions!!!
The SPA area was sooo beautiful with green marbles from floor to ceiling.
Facilities include...
- Whirlpools
- Dry Saunas
- Wet Saunas
- Cold Plunge Pools
- 360° Body Showers (the best thing I liked)
- Massage Rooms
- Relaxation Rooms with Library(Loved it, to just lie down and read women magazine, my bf told me in the guys area there were a private cinema room with sports channels. LOL)
- Spacious Locker Rooms with Dressing and Grooming Facilities (only Aesop products)

Japanese Service
Now I truly understand when they say that Japanese Service is the best among all other services.
They really consider all the small details, here are just some few examples
- At the airport they will proactively come and pick up the luggage trolley you have carried prior to bagage drop.
- They fold the toilet paper everywhere, even at dirty public bathrooms
- All people are so nice and cute, and willing to help you
- At the Park Hyatt, they would come and pick up my empty Starbucks cup from my hand, they would also carry my (weightless) bag as well as always smile and greeting you
- When we rented bikes from the hotel, they had been so thoughtful of placing a towel, bottle of Park Hyatt own's water bottle, maps of Tokyo area. Fantastic!
Japanese service always outperform what I normally expect.
My Japanese colleague is the same. Once she owed me some money, and when she returned the money, she had put the cash in a very cute envelope and also gave me a small gift because she said that she has been late with returning the money.
I would never care but that small gesture really warms my heart :-)
I have learnt a lot from my Japan trip and will treat ppl differently from now on!

Amazing Aesop
The cream is stored in dark bottles so that the cream wont be affected by the sun, therefore there are less chemicals in the cream. Amazing!!! Biotherm and Kiehls cannot even compare!!! What I love is the very unique texture, it's superfluffy and light, looks almost like cheesecake frosting.
Wish I could have more bottles!!! (I took some mini bottles from our hotel room at Tokyo, hehehehe)
Great marketing when cooperating with Park Hyatt Tokyo though...now I'm addicted to this product!
Win-win situation for both Park Hyatt and Aesop!
